Hello Loyal Fans!

This is *whisperelmwood speaking - as of today, ~DaNinjaBear is transferring the responsibilities of this account on to me. This is for a couple of reasons - the main one being that having to keep track of this account as well as write Yamabushi, has been wearing him a bit thin. So! I am taking over the helm and will answer any and all queries to the best of my knowledge and abilities.

Firstly, as we keep getting asked about this; no, we have not yet re-openned the character submissions. We will re-open them once we have re-written the form to be specific to Yamabushi. As soon as we have done this, we will let you know - so don't fret about that!

Secondly, I'd like to say that the character designs and posters are going very well! I am in the process of re-designing all the characters you have already seen, as well as designing from scratch a whole host of new ones! The first of these should be appearing soon.

Thirdly, ~DaNinjaBear has scripted the prologue and I will begin work on that fairly soon - I just need to do some of the character designs of characters that will appear in it, and then I will get going!

Finally, do not expect this project to strongly resemble Naruto, as we have done our best to remove all traces that could get us sued.

However, we believe the 'feel' of the Naruto universe is still with us and also keep in mind that Masashi Kishimoto did not invent Shinobi!

Using our knowledge and interst in the traditions of Japan, we have created something new and interesting that we hope will ignite your interest for a long time to come!
